Molarity is a solution's concentration, the number of moles of solute dissolved in exactly one liter of solution.

A solution holding 0.133 mol of sucrose in 0.355 L has a molarity near 0.375 mol per liter, written 0.375 M.
Watch for
Molarity divides by the solution's total volume, not solvent volume alone — solute itself fills part of that liter.
