Desk Review
The idea
Desk review lets busy or careful reviewers, especially policy and legal staff, validate a Pack in their own time.
In practice
Step one: send the Pack with a short guide asking them to review the definition, key properties, lifecycle and constraints. Step two: ask three simple questions. Highlight anything wrong or missing; note any fields your compliance obligations require; note any states or transitions that policy does not allow. Step three: accept comments in whatever form suits them, such as tracked changes or a marked-up document. Step four: apply the feedback, and bring major conflicts back to a short joint session. AI may summarize long comment threads and highlight disagreements.
Where people slip
The substance of a disagreement stays with people. A tool can show where reviewers disagree, but not which of them is right.
