Captions available
The idea
Adson forceps are small thumb forceps with fine tips, used for delicate or superficial tissue such as skin edges.
In practice
The standard toothed Adson has a pattern of one tooth fitting between two; the Adson-Brown has rows of very fine teeth for delicate tissue.
Where people slip
Ask which version the surgeon wants; the two look alike from a distance.
