Drafting From Structured Fields
The idea
The method's safest drafting use is turning approved structured data into readable text, such as a notice built from the fields of a recorded decision and an approved template.
In practice
Step one: paste the decision's fields and the approved template. Step two: ask for a readable draft that fills the template from those fields only. Step three: add the method's own constraint: do not change the meaning of any legal phrase. Step four: compare every figure, date and decision in the draft against the source fields. Step five: have the responsible person approve it before it is sent.
Where people slip
The method draws the line explicitly: AI may draft the notice, but it must not decide the outcome or interpret the law behind it.
