Flagging High-Risk Areas

Captions available

The idea

The method singles out money, safety, legal risk and customer trust as the areas where discipline pays off most, and its impact pattern asks the model to flag them.

In practice

Step one: in the impact prompt, ask the model to mark any affected item that touches compliance, safety, money or customer trust. Step two: route every flagged item to its owner for a decision, not only a review. Step three: for those items, check the source policy directly rather than relying on the model's summary of it. Step four: record who decided and on what basis.

Where people slip

A missing flag is not a clean bill of health; the model can only flag what it recognizes. Owners of high-risk areas should scan the whole list themselves.
