The idea
Alexei's hemophilia brought Rasputin, an illiterate Siberian faith healer who seemed to stop the bleeding, into the palace. In autumn nineteen fifteen Nicholas took command at the front, leaving the court to the tsarina and Rasputin. Nobles murdered him in nineteen sixteen. Desertion, defeat and hunger brought near-anarchy.
