The idea
The Bolsheviks won the Petrograd Soviet, and on the seventh of November, new style, Red Guards took the Winter Palace and arrested the Provisional Government. They declared peace and land without compensation. The elected Constituent Assembly met once, in January nineteen eighteen, and was dispersed.
