Opening the Back Table Pack

The idea
The back table pack is opened first, and it creates the sterile surface on which the rest of the setup is built.
In practice
Open the far flap away from you, then each side flap, then the near flap toward you, never reaching over the opened field.
Where people slip
The pack's outside and edges are not sterile, so only the inner surface becomes the field.
