Receiving Items From the Circulator

The idea
Once the scrub person is gowned and gloved, the circulating nurse opens items and presents them for the scrub person to take.
In practice
The circulator holds the package open so the contents can be lifted out without touching it, and the scrub person takes the item cleanly.
Where people slip
If either person thinks an item touched something unsterile, it is not used.
