Leading AI at Work: Governance, Rollout and Practice / Unit 7 LAI 169 worked example, 60 to 90 seconds
Drill: A Thing-Aware Prompt Library
The idea
The book's drill for AI engineers builds a small library of prompts anchored on one Gold thing.
In practice
Step one: pick a Gold thing with a current Pack. Step two: write a prompt that drafts a card from the thing's definition. Step three: write a prompt that generates test cases from a card. Step four: write a prompt that summarizes the Pack for non-technical readers. Step five: test and refine each prompt until it gives useful output consistently. Step six: add the best versions to the team's prompt library, with an owner and a last-tested date.
Where people slip
Consistency is the test, not one good result. A prompt that works once and fails the next week is not ready for the library, because others will trust it.
