Workshop Afternoon: Pack, Matrix, AI

The idea

The workshop's afternoon builds on the morning's card, keeping the same thing throughout.

In practice

Step one: spend sixty to seventy-five minutes building a simple Pack: explain Bronze, Silver and Gold, then have small groups fill in each section using the card they wrote. Step two: spend forty-five to sixty minutes on traceability: build a mini-matrix for the same thing, then present a hypothetical change, such as a new legal field, and ask what must be revisited. Step three: spend forty-five to sixty minutes on AI-assisted modeling: show a thing-aware prompt, have each group run it, mark what is correct, incorrect and missing, and rewrite. Step four: close with thirty minutes on next steps.

Where people slip

Staying with one thing all day is the design. By the afternoon, the group can see how a card feeds a Pack and a Pack feeds a matrix, which is hard to show with a new example at every step.
