Seeding a Bronze Pack
The idea
The method's Bronze level sets the minimum a pack needs, which makes it the right starting point for documenting a new object quickly.
In practice
Step one: write the header: the object's name, the steward, a version and a date. Step two: state the object's purpose in one or two sentences. Step three: write a short definition of what counts as one instance of it. Step four: list its fields, each marked required or optional. Step five: add a small index of what people and systems do with it, such as create, read, update and archive.
Where people slip
Bronze is a floor, not a target. If the object turns out to touch money, safety or legal obligations, the method's levels say it needs Silver or Gold, and the seed should grow.
