Drafting a Pack With AI
The idea
The method uses AI to draft packs from material the team already has, then puts a person in charge of the result, and it describes the sequence in two halves.
In practice
Step one: supply the pieces: the object's name and description, its fields, any rules and lifecycle notes, and the relevant policy passages. Step two: supply the pack template for the chosen level, with the instruction not to invent fields that are not referenced in the material. Step three: review the draft and remove any invented fields or relationships. Step four: clarify the wording and correct the lifecycle states against how the work actually happens. Step five: tighten every link to the real policy text.
Where people slip
The method notes that AI is fast but occasionally careless, which is why the review steps are half of the procedure. A pack drafted by AI and never reviewed becomes an invented specification that grounds every later prompt.
