Frameworks Govern Motion, Not Meaning
The idea
The method's view is that delivery frameworks improve how work moves, but they do not say what a system's things are.
In practice
Step one: list what your framework governs, such as cadence, roles, ceremonies and the documents it requires. Step two: list the questions it leaves open, such as what a Case is, what an Incident Report contains, or what a Determination must preserve so that it can be proved later. Step three: check where those answers live today, if they live anywhere. Step four: for each unanswered question, name the thing it concerns and add that thing to the list to define first. The framework stays as it is. The method adds the missing answers underneath it.
