The idea
Goggles or a face shield protect the eyes, a mucous membrane, from splashes and sprays.
In practice
When you wear a respirator, choose eye protection that does not shift the respirator or break its seal.
Where people slip
Remove eye protection by the strap, never by the front, which is the part that caught the splash.
