The divided-logs error reads log_b(M)/log_b(N) as log_b(M/N); a quotient of logs is not the log of a quotient.
Show
log₂(32)/log₂(4) = 5/2 = 2.5, while log₂(32/4) = 3. Different animals — and the first one has an honest name waiting.
