Tracing One Replication Fork from Origin to Ligation

This video presents the same text shown beside it, spoken and on screen. It adds nothing the text does not say.

State

This procedure traces one replication fork's machinery from the origin of replication through helicase, primase, both strands, and ligase to one continuous new molecule.

Watch for

The leading and lagging strands are synthesized by the same enzymes under the same 5'-to-3' rule — they differ in geometry, not in the chemistry of synthesis.
