The idea
At Tehran in nineteen forty-three the Big Three met, and Stalin kept the Polish land seized in thirty-nine. Bretton Woods in forty-four founded the IMF and World Bank. At Yalta in February forty-five Stalin promised free elections he never meant, and Germany was divided into zones.
