The idea
Wilhelm Marr's Anti-Semitic League of the eighteen seventies coined the term; German anti-Semitic parties peaked at under three percent in eighteen ninety-three. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, nineteen oh-three, was a Russian police forgery copied from a novel. Herzl's Zionism answered Dreyfus.
