The idea
The book closes its overview with five lines that hold the whole method, one per phase.
In practice
Step one: name the things. Step two: say what you do to them, on cards. Step three: put everything about each thing in one place, its Pack. Step four: check those definitions with the people who use, govern and build the thing. Step five: use those things as anchors when change comes, through their traceability matrices. Then add the method's line about AI: it is welcome in every room, and it never gets the final vote on what your world is made of.
