Other Methods, as the Method Sees Them
The idea
The book compares the method with several established practices, and the comparisons are the method's own view of how they fit together.
In practice
Step one, Domain-Driven Design: the book calls the method philosophically aligned with it, sharing the idea of a common language, and adding high-risk things, Packs, cards and matrices, with AI and traceability as first-class concerns. Step two, process models: keep them, and point every lane that creates or changes a high-risk thing back to its Pack and cards. Step three, traceability matrices built on test and story numbers: keep them, but anchor their rows in things rather than feature names. Step four, use each practice for what it does best, and use things as the shared reference between them.
Where people slip
These are the book's characterizations. This course makes no further claim about any other method.
