Antiracism

The idea
Antiracism is the ongoing practice of identifying racist policies and replacing them with ones that do not reproduce unequal outcomes.
In practice
Reviewing a lending algorithm for who it actually excludes is antiracist practice; leaving the algorithm unexamined is not neutral.
Where people slip
Being racist or antiracist describes what a person does, not a fixed identity assigned once and forever.
