Diagnosing a mind-body position: locating any account on the map with three questions, asked in order.

The questions. One: does the account take everything real to be physical? Two, if no: one substance with mental properties, or two substances? Three, if yes: is a mental state defined by behavior, by a specific brain state, or by a causal role?
