Leading AI at Work: Governance, Rollout and Practice / Unit 3 LAI 057 worked example, 60 to 90 seconds
Introducing a Feature: Packs, Matrices, Contract
The idea
The middle of the checklist anchors the feature in the method's documents and sets the terms of the prompts it uses.
In practice
Step one: make sure every affected thing has at least a Silver Pack, and that the Gold Packs are current. Step two: for each Gold thing, open its matrix and see where AI already appears. Step three: plan the new touchpoints the feature adds, in data, processes, tests and risk, and add them to the matrix. Step four: design the prompts with the definitions and fields as context. Step five: write into the prompt contract that the feature may not invent domain rules. Step six: record the suggest-or-automate decision in the contract, so the people reviewing the feature know which controls apply.
Where people slip
A stale Gold Pack is worse than a missing one here, because the feature's prompts will repeat its errors with confidence. Updating the Pack is part of the feature, not a task for later.
