Days Sixty-One to Ninety: Use It and Measure
The idea
The last thirty days shift from building the method's documents to using them on real work, and measuring the result.
In practice
Step one: for new features and changes, write or update cards, update the Packs where needed, and use the matrices for impact analysis. Step two: track the moments when the method avoided confusion or rework. Step three: note when a stakeholder says a Pack or map helped them understand the system. Step four: note when AI output improved because the team gave it definitions instead of vague prompts. Step five: collect whatever before-and-after signals you can. Step six: run a structured retrospective, and decide whether to extend the method to more products or domains.
Where people slip
The book is plain that the method does not replace the project framework or the organization's clinical or financial governance. It gives them a clearer anchor: Gold things, and the Packs, cards and matrices around them.
