Your First Ninety Days
The idea
By day ninety, the book's goal is quiet leadership: being known, informally, as someone who brings clarity and safety to things, changes and AI.
In practice
Step one: build the portfolio to three to five Packs, one of them Gold if your domain is high-risk. Step two: reach ten to fifteen cards and one or two matrices. Step three: keep three to five solid prompts in your library. Step four: use the language of things in several meetings, and help at least one colleague write a card or Pack. Step five: use a matrix in at least one change discussion. Step six: start a small, informal object library, and link work items to things as a habit.
Where people slip
The book is clear that none of this needs a title change or an official charter. You start behaving like an Object Steward, and the portfolio is the record that you did.
