Answering Personal Skepticism
The idea
The book gives answers for four kinds of personal skepticism a practitioner will meet, each ending with something concrete to show.
In practice
Step one: to we don't have time for this, make a very small request, such as a one-page Pack for this Gold thing before we change it. Step two: to this is too academic, drop the philosophy, and show a card or Pack from their own work. Step three: to AI will make this obsolete, agree in part, then offer a side-by-side: a prompt with no context, and one given the Pack and the card template. Step four: to we already have too many frameworks, describe the method as a lens and vocabulary that works inside whatever process they already use.
Where people slip
In each answer, the document does the persuading, not the argument. The book's advice is to let people compare outputs for themselves, because a visible difference convinces where a claim does not.
