The idea

The book turns the habits into a plan, and its first week takes the method from theory into one real piece of work.

In practice

Step one: pick one current initiative you are already working on, rather than a new or imaginary one. Step two: ask the thing question at least once in every meeting about it, and write the answers down. Step three: draft one Silver Pack for a key thing in that initiative, without trying to make it perfect. Step four: write one card for a visible, important behavior of that thing. Step five: run one AI prompt using the thing's definition and the card template, and compare the output with your Pack.

Where people slip

The book's advice for the first week is to keep it light. The point is to feel the method in motion on real work, and one finished Pack matters less than one conversation that changed because of it.
