Classifying a Plant Sample by Vascular, Seed, and Flower Criteria

This video presents the same text shown beside it, spoken and on screen. It adds nothing the text does not say.

State

This procedure sorts an unfamiliar plant sample into bryophyte, seedless vascular plant, gymnosperm, or angiosperm groups by applying three criteria in sequence.

Watch for

Checking seed enclosure before confirming a seed is present at all inverts the correct order — a seedless vascular plant has no seed to check for enclosure in the first place.
