Solving a Hardy-Weinberg Calculation

This video presents the same text shown beside it, spoken and on screen. It adds nothing the text does not say.

State

This procedure solves a full Hardy-Weinberg problem, from an observed recessive-phenotype frequency to predicted counts of every genotype in the population.

Watch for

Phenotype alone reveals only the homozygous recessive genotype directly — the homozygous dominant and heterozygous counts are estimates the equations supply, not directly observed values.
