Blank Verse

The idea
The glossary defines blank verse as unrhymed iambic pentameter. It is the metre of Shakespeare's plays and of Milton, so unit two's parsing work and this unit's counting work meet in it. The anchor's blank-verse chapter uses Frost's Birches.
In practice
Unrhymed, five beats, no rhyme.
Where people slip
Blank verse is not free verse.
