The idea
The composition (f ∘ g)(x) = f(g(x)): apply g first, then apply f to the result. Order matters.
In practice
f(x) = x + 3, g(x) = 2x: f(g(5)) = f(10) = 13, but g(f(5)) = g(8) = 16.
