The idea
The method allows cards to be simplified or extended, but three sections are never dropped: the material focus, the change type and the material properties.
In practice
Material focus names the primary thing and any related things; change type says create, read, update or another; properties list the fields involved.
Where people slip
A card missing any of the three cannot say what changes.
