Leading AI at Work: Governance, Rollout and Practice / Unit 9 LAI 203 worked example, 60 to 90 seconds
Showing It and Using It Once
The idea
The challenge ends with two moves that turn a draft into practice: show it to someone, and use it once.
In practice
Step one: show the Pack to one domain expert or teammate. Step two: ask them, in the book's words, what is wrong, missing or confusing in your draft of what this thing means here. Step three: treat their answers as validation, as in the method's fourth phase, and update the Pack. Step four: the next time you write a story, design a change, debug a problem or write an AI prompt, open the Pack. Step five: ask whether the work plainly changes one or more of these things, and whether you are being explicit about that.
Where people slip
The book says that if you have done this even once, you have taken your first real step into the method. The capstone entries that follow scale the same move into a ninety-day plan.
