Leading AI at Work: Governance, Rollout and Practice / Unit 9   LAI 202 worked example, 60 to 90 seconds

Drafting Your First Silver Pack

Captions available

The idea

The book's challenge asks for a quick Silver Pack for the thing you picked, two or three pages rather than perfection.

In practice

Step one: write a definition and a purpose for the thing, in plain words a colleague would recognize. Step two: list ten to twenty key fields, each with its meaning. Step three: sketch a simple lifecycle, the states the thing moves through. Step four: list the cards you think you have, even if none is written yet. Step five: write down at least three open questions or ambiguities you already know about.

Where people slip

The open questions are the most valuable part of a first draft. They mark where your understanding runs out, which is exactly where the next conversation should start.
