The Object Pack

The idea
The M-CaReM-AI method, by J. R. Carver, documents each core business object in an Object Pack: a compact, living mini-specification of what it is, how it behaves, where it is used, and what is undecided.
In practice
An incident-record pack, a few pages long, kept current.
Where people slip
The method calls packs the right size for a prompt; that is its own claim.
