Misconception: A Model Is a Checklist
Captions available
The idea
A model organises the work and names its phases. It does not decide what the evidence says, whether the setting is ready, or which barrier matters most.
In practice
A model followed faithfully through a change nobody had appraised.
Where people slip
Unit 09 said the same of the implementation strategies. A framework tells you what steps exist, not how to take them.
