The idea
Relational transparency means presenting one's genuine self and sharing values, feelings and goals openly, which is what makes staff forthcoming with their own ideas and objections.
In practice
A leader who says what they are uncertain about, and a team that then does the same.
Where people slip
The purpose is instrumental. A leader nobody contradicts is not receiving the information they need to lead from evidence.
