Evidence-Based Leadership

The idea

Evidence-based leadership is a problem-solving approach carrying two commitments: publicly demonstrating evidence-based practice as the foundation of daily decision making, and enculturating it throughout one's sphere of influence.

In practice

A leader who decides from evidence in the open, and builds the culture that expects it.

Where people slip

Both commitments are required. Demonstrating it privately changes one person's practice and nothing else.
