The Spreadsheet Is a Program
Captions available
The idea
A spreadsheet is a data-centric programming environment — millions of people program in one daily without calling it programming.
In practice
A gradebook that averages scores and flags missing work is running the teacher's stored formulas.
Where people slip
Cells accept anything, so a wrong entry passes silently — spreadsheets enforce no data types.
