The idea
Good revision habits make judgments about drafts faster and more reliable, whether the draft is yours or someone else's.
In practice
Read for the point first, revise from big to small, test every change against purpose and audience, and check that the meaning survives.
Where people slip
The same habits serve both your own writing and exam questions; practice them on both.
Your place on the trail
Every lesson rests on earlier ones and opens later ones. Tap any to jump.
