The Combined Gas Law

This video presents the same text shown beside it, spoken and on screen. It adds nothing the text does not say.

State

For a fixed amount of gas changing between two conditions, pressure times volume divided by temperature stays constant, linking the initial and final states directly.

Show

A balloon's volume, pressure, and temperature at launch relate to its values at altitude through this same fixed ratio.

Watch for

The combined gas law assumes a constant mole count — introducing or removing gas breaks the relationship.
