Captions available
The idea
Twenty-five to thirty percent asks for knowledge of literary works: authors, characters, plots, settings, style and themes. Two of the board's nine samples are pure matching, one pairing a novelist with a character and one pairing a novelist with a title.
In practice
Authors, characters, plots, settings, style, themes.
Where people slip
Matching questions reward the pairs learned as pairs.
