The idea
In forty-three Antony, Octavian and Lepidus proscribed their enemies and divided the world, Octavian west, Antony east with Cleopatra. Octavian declared war on Cleopatra in thirty-two, won in thirty-one at Actium, a witness name, and the pair died in thirty.
In practice
Octavian, thirty-three years old, alone.
