The idea
Phase two replaces vague requirement sentences with Material Requirement Cards, which always name the thing, the type of change, and the fields and rules involved.
In practice
For each core thing, a team writes cards for creating, reading, updating, archiving, generating from and logging it.
Where people slip
The method calls AI here a very fast junior analyst: excellent first drafts, no ownership of the domain.
