100 questions on the whole course, 90 minutes, drawn fresh each attempt and weighted by the parts of the course: preoperative: set-up, patient safety, sterile technique 32%; perioperative care: basic science, integrity and sterility, environmental safety, communication and reporting 27%; intraoperative: supplies and surgeon support 25%; end of procedure and postoperative 16%.
