The Triad

This video presents the same text shown beside it, spoken and on screen. It adds nothing the text does not say.

State

A triad is a three-person group, more stable than a dyad because it survives one departure, but capable of coalitions against a member.

Show

Two of three can now agree, outvote, or exclude, which no dyad can do.

Watch for

Adding the third member changes the kind of group, not merely its size.
