Scrum's Cast
Captions available
The idea
Scrum is an Agile model built on a team of typically ten or fewer — one Scrum master running the process, one product owner managing the product backlog and goals, and the developers building.
In practice
A game studio's pod of eight fits the whole cast with room to spare.
Where people slip
Small by design; the size is load-bearing.
